Went to investigate and found no surfacing sewage around the property. The building is a RFE, later found to have two licenses (Corner Market & Bono Pizza). I spoke with the counter staff at the establishment and asked if they have had a sewage backup problem. They insinuated that they have had an issue and their boss would be there in around an hour. The one gentleman did take me back to a back out-of-order restroom in the Bono Pizza side of the establishment. This side was not open for business at the time of inspection. I ran the water in the restroom for a while and it did not backup. There was a bottle of bleach on the counter. The toilet appeared to be disconnected and many items were in the restroom. I then looked into the kitchen area and I did not see any evidence of sewage at the time.

Talked with Jacob about the sewage issue. No active sewage back-up issue. Facility has had sewers and drains out and another entitiy to camera the drains. No active clogs. Every once and a while the floor drain backs up. I ran water in sinks for about 5-10 minutes. No back up from the floor drain. The hand sink has a slight clog. Please fix.

Facility hired licensed contractor to fix all septic and plumbing issues.
No cause for further action.
