Observed employees using straw and lids on employee beverages.
Observed cut tomatoes holding at 41F
Observed Storagae area very neat and organize
Observed facility keeping a cleaning log.
Discussed the ice tea making process with person in charge
Discussed hand washing policy.
Please use handsinks for handwashing only.
