The Follow-up inspection was conducted due to repeat critical violations for the pest problem and the dirty food-contact surfaces. During the inspection, no new violations were noted and all the previous critical violations have been abated. Ohio Extermination Co. has been coming to the facility to fix the pest problem in the kitchen and there no was no evidence of any pests. Also, the new hand sink is now completely installed and in good working order.
No further action is required.
Will schedule next standard inspection.

Only open evening from 6-9pm wednesday would be a good day to inspect because leagues buy a lot of food.
