Note: At time of inspection prep cooler was holding at 50 F. Owner stated that he had just cleaned it. Moved food to reach in cooler. Monitor cooler to ensure it goes back down to 41 F. Green sign updated.

Did not observe any evidence of cockroaches or pests at time of inspection. Kitchen area is clean and free of excess food debris. PIC stated facility is cleaned daily with bleach and that a pest control operator comes to facility once a month. Complaint cannot be confirmed or denied at time of inspection. No cause for further investigation; complaint closed.
