HOT DOG=40 DEGREES F,SUSAGE=39 DEGREES F,COOKED HAM=40 DEGREES F,HAMBURGER =39 DEGREES F, MILK = 38 DEGREES F, TACO MEAT = 170 DEGREES F,BEANS=181 DEGREES F, RICE =180 DEGREES F.
GREEN SIGN WAS UPDATED AND POSTED ON THE DOOR.

The prior inspection indicated to get NSF containers for rice etc. Sterilite containers were in use. Sterilite containers are not NSF approved. If you wish to use sterilite containers for flours, corn bread, beans etc, please ensure that the product remains in their original bag within the container. Any bulk product that can't be left in the original bag must be stored in an NSF material like the bins on wheels in the office.
