PIC- Elane
Follow up inspection was conducted due to critical violations with date marking, food safety knowledge, and chemical storage. All critical violations have been corrected from the standard inspection. PIC was more knowledgeable about food safety during the follow up inspection but no employees have taken the Level 1 food safety class. It is still recommended that the employees who are in charge, take the level 1 food safety course. It is very beneficial for any employee who is handling or working around food.
No further action is required.
