Investigation conducted due to a complaint about roaches in the cash registers. During the inspection, there were no bugs or evidence of bugs in the cash registers. Person In Charge stated they did have a problem with some kind of bugs near the cash register and underneath the food prep tables but the issue has been reported and resolved by Rose pest control. The pest control company comes out once a week to treat the facility. There was no evidence of any pests during the inspection so the complaint will be closed.
No cause for further action.
Complaint will be closed.

Follow up inspection was conducted due to the prep cooler not holding foods properly at 41 F and as a result, multiple food items were discarded. All critical and non critical violations have been corrected since the standard inspection. The prep cool is now holding well below 41 F.
No further action is required.
