Complainant stated she found a bug in her meshed potatoes. Manager thinks it may hare been a piece of Cajun rice that is in steam table next to mashed potatoes. Manager has Spoken with complainant and has asked her to bring by in, but to date she has not.
At time of inspection no brgs/insects were observed in facility.

Complainant stated that there is never any soap in restrooms.
Upon arrival observed that there was no soap in either men´s or women´s restroom.
PIC stated that they fill up soap and customers come in & pump it out all over the floor.
Recommend locking restrooms & instructing customers to ask for key.

Spoke to the PIC about the complaint. Please make sure food is in a safe and wholesome condition when serving it to the public. PIC states "green chicken" means "stickers" for 1st out.

Standard inspection was performed. There are problems at facility that needs to be addresses. Much of the equipment dishmachine, coolers, shlves chicken prep are
has heavy build-up. Cleaning in back of house is not kept up. Two employees were trying to keep up with cutomers, cooking l=cleaning and a delivery had been
dropped off, that had not been put away.
all refrigerated food was in coolers , but not off floor.

Observed employee wash hands before serving food

Inspection discussed and report reviewed with PIC.
Did not observe any undercooked chicken at time of inspection. All chicken was properly hot holding and did not see any evidence of raw chicken being cooked improperly at time of inspection. Cannot confirm or deny complaint. No further cause for investigation. Complaint closed.
