All previous critical violations have been corrected.
Regarding the grill;
After pulling the original plan, I observed that the current kitchen grill was never approved.
At the grills current location, two sandwich presses were approved at the time of licensing.
Please remove the unapproved unventilated grill.
If the operator wishes to add a grill, plans must be submitted for approval along with plans for adding a ventilation hood.
Grill was removed at time of inspection.
