III. Hand washing, Prevention of Contamination from Hands (-) The handwashing sink is blocked by a refrigerator. To prevent the spread of pathogens; the handwashing sink shall be used and readily accessibly. Discussed moving the freezer so that the handwashing sink can be readily available.
XV. Temperature Measuring Devices (-) The thermometer used to check food temperatures is not calibrated. To ensure TCS foods are at their proper temperatures, a thermometer shall be readily available and calibrated. The thermometer was calibrated during the standard inspection.
