Came to restaurant at 6:45. No one at counter. Called out several time. No one at drive through. After 5 minutes someone finally came out from the back. It took another 5 minutes for Gwenisha to take my order. Requested to talk to a manager and was told, she was the manager. Requested the name of her manager and she said she was not going to give it to me. If I wanted to complain I could come see her manager tomorrow at the store. (banking I would not come back by.) After waiting for a total of 20 minutes from walking in the door, my order was still not up and she attempted to give me cold fries. She had not dropped fries after 10 minutes from taking an order. This store has some serious issues and needs to be reviewed by their corporate.
