Comments: PORK AND VEGETABLE MIXTURE IN THE WALK IN COOLER 62 DEGREES F. AFTER SPEAKING WITH 2 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES I WASN'T SURE OF THE TIME THE FOOD WAS PUT IN THE WALK IN COOLER. IT WAS EITHER MADE THIS MORNING OR SET OUT TO THAW. LUNCH RUSH WAS A FACTOR IN REASONING FOR THE FOOD TO BE OUT OF TEMP. IT IS LATE ENOUGH IN THE DAY THAT LUNCH RUSH HAS BEEN OVER. I DID AN INSPECTION A FEW DOORS DOWN AND IT WASN'T OVERLY PACKED INSIDE. IF FOOD HAS BEEN OUT SINCE LUNCH RUSH THAT IS NOT GOOD. ***FOOD WAS DISCARDED***PLEASE BE SURE TO KEEP COLD FOODS AT 41 DEGREES F OR LOWER. IF SOMEONE PREPS FOOD THEY NEED TO IMMEDIATELY PUT THE FOOD IN THE COOLER OR COOK IT ONCE IT IS READY. DO NOT LET POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS SIT ON THE COUNTER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME DURING THE DAY.
