Staff moving all potentially hazardous food to the other walk-in at time of inspection. STORE ALL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOOD (PREPARED/PRECOOKED FOOD, DAIRY, MEAT, ETC) IN OTHER COOLER UNTIL COOLER #2 IS REPAIRED AND HOLDING CONTENTS AT 41 OR BELOW. Whole vegetables and fruits can remain in cooler #2 safely, although quality may be compromised.
