    Plumbing system(s) not maintained in good repair. The DM drain over flows the floor drain and run accross the floor to another floor drain. All drains must be free flowing and in gooid repair. The utensil sink floor drain over flows when the DM cycles. Floor drains have standing water in them. A commercial plumber was called to the establishment and upon his arrival began clearing all of the drains. The utensil sink and DM are funtioning properly.
    Correction: Plumbing system(s) shall be repaired and maintained.

    No hand drying provisions at hand sink.
    Correction: Provide approved hand drying provisions.
