Correction: 1. Provide a hand sink within 25 feet of the dry bulk food prep. area. Hand sink must be accesible at all times and supplied with hot water over 100 degrees F, soap, approved hand drying measures and trash can it paper towels are used to dry hands. Provide adequate number of hand washing sinks.
Comments: NOTE: Employees are currently using the restrooms to wash hands. New hand sink cannot be located in the restroom.
