- Hand sink and 3 compartment sink did not have hot water in bar area at time of inspection. Manager stated they are aware and are in the process of getting it fixed. Bar glasses need to be washed in kitchen 3 compartment sink until hot water reaches a minimum of 110F degrees, and hand sink behind bar must be used for washing hands until the hand sink reaches a minimum of 100F degrees.
- Observed a leak below the 3 compartment sink that was pooling dirty water. All leaks must be repaired by a licensed plumber. Recommend putting a container below leak to catch water until leak is repaired.
- Observed several pans on storage rack with sauce still on them and bowls with food debris still stuck on them. Ensure that all items are properly washed and sanitized before being reused.

- Reach-in in back of kitchen - Temperture of sliced onions was 48.6F degrees. Temperature of shredded cheese was 46.1F degrees. Per manager food was prepped 15 minutes before inspection. Per manager the reach-in had a short in the plug and would be repaired within the hour. Food handler placed food items on ice during inspection. All potentially hazardous foods held cold must be 41F degrees or less to avoid bacterial growth and cross contamination.
- Observed employee getting pizza boxes, giving out to-go orders, cooking, etc and no handwashing was observed in between tasks. Ensure to hand wash frequently as needed to ensure no cross contamination.
- Observed multiple gnats flying around soda machine and around clean dish rack. Eliminate standing water and other sources of moisture; at beverage dispensers, warewash area, etc. and treat infestation by professional pest control; provide invoice.
- Observed waste water leak at ice container/soda machine area in front corner of kitchen. All leaks must be repaired by a licensed plumber. Retain all invoices/receipts.
