- Must keep foods cool at 41F and below for raw or stored cooked foods. Or at 135F and above for cooked foods.
- Soy sauce had gnats on and inside of container (condemned). Evidence of insects observed. Insects in establishment and no bait stations or other control devices used. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means.
- Health Department issued Food Manager Certification Identification Card not present in the establishment or on the person of the PIC. Ensure Registering and successfully completing a Food Manager Certification course.
- Food contact surfaces not cleaned and sanitized.(Freezer lid used as cutting board observed no sanitation after.)
