- Observed several dented/damaged canned foods, inside dry storage room. Remove dented/damaged canned foods, or set aside in specific location for damaaged food items. Do not store with other canned foods.

- 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Do not store chemicals directly over clean dishs/utensils, on drying rack. Chemicals can easily spill onto these items.

- 229.163 (n) (1) eat.drink.smoke.. Insure all personal drinks in kitchen area, have a lid and straw. Observed several personal drinks with no lids or straws in kitchen area.
- 229.164 (r) (1) (B) (i) common name. Insure all food items that are kept inside of containers, and not in there original packaging. Insure containers are properly labled with name/generic name of food product. Observed large containers holding what looked like powder or flour, sitting inside unlabled containers.
- Observed several green peppers inside of WIC, with mold growing on them. Insure food product is inspected on a daily basis.
- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (ii) (II) meat arrangement. Do not store raw uncovered beef over raw uncovered fish, inside of RIC. Raw fish needs to be stored above raw beefs, and raw beef over raw chicken.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. All HWS, must have papertowels.
- Establishment must always have at least one person on duty with a Food Managers Certification.
- 229.165 (m) (1) (A)not clean. Observed dirty rag placed directly on top, and in direct contact of cut avacadoes. If covering food items, isure that a clean towel is uesd, and changed out as needed.
