Insure containers are properly labled with name/generic name of food product. Observed large containers holding what looked like powder or flour, sitting inside unlabled containers.
- Observed several green peppers inside of WIC, with mold growing on them. Insure food product is inspected on a daily basis.
- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (ii) (II) meat arrangement. Do not store raw uncovered beef over raw uncovered fish, inside of RIC. Raw fish needs to be stored above raw beefs, and raw beef over raw chicken.
- 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. All HWS, must have papertowels.
- Establishment must always have at least one person on duty with a Food Managers Certification.
