  • Two hand sinks in the deli area did not reach at least 100 degrees F. Ensure that all hand wash sinks reach a hot water temperature of at least 100 degrees F.
  • 229.167 (e) (2) no soap. Hand wash sink in the bakery area next to the 3 compartment sink did not have soap. Ensure that all designated hand wash sinks have soap.
  • 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels. Observed two hand wash sinks in the deli area that did not have paper towels. Ensure that all hand wash sinks have paper towels.
  • Hand wash sinks in the women's rest room up front only reached a temperatures between 76 and 80 degrees F. Ensure that all hand sink have a hot water temperature of at least 100 degrees F.
  • Evidence of food manager was not present nor was a food manager present during the time of the inspection. Ensure that all a food manager is present at all times; at least one should present per shift.
