- Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. - Observed a build-up on beverage shelves of walk-in cooler.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. - Clean and sanitize shelves to provide a sanitary surface and prevent contamination.
- Observed an improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. - Observed an excessive build-up of of trash located on concrete surrounding dumpster.
A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained clean and free of unnecessary items.

Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held refrigerated for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day to be consumed, sold, or discarded as required in this rule. Correct By: 27-Jun-2014
- Observed an improperly cleaned storage area for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. -Observed excessive trash on the ground surrounding the dumpster.
A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained clean and free of unnecessary items. -Place all trash inside the dumpster.
- Critical: Observed food being stored, transported or dispensed in a container previously used to store poisonous or toxic materials. -Observed olive oil stored in a spray bottle that previous held "Totally Awesome" cleaner.
In order to prevent cross-contamination from occuring, a container previously used to store poisonous or toxic materials shall not be used to store, transport, or dispense food. -Discontinue re-using chemical containers to hold food, edible liquids, oils, etc. During inspection, bottle was voluntarily discarded.
