  • Basic - Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Container said Country red potato salad and it was some sort of sauce not labeled or dated.
  • High Priority - Raw animal food stored in same container as ready-to-eat food. Raw salmon with cooked corn beef and cooked prime rib. Raw eggs sitting on top of heat and serve sauce.
