  • Basic - Hole in wall under three compartment sink.
  • Basic - Lights in dry food storage area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers.
  • High Priority - Butter/butter blend/clarified butter/whipped butter cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter, 58 F; product was out of temperature control for less than hour. Advised to ice product when taking it out temperature control for self service.
  • High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Turkey ham, 45 F; in reach in cooler overnight. Corrective action taken, manager discarded product.
  • High Priority - Thermotape failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired.

  • Intermediate - Slight Accumulation of black mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine in kitchen area.
