  • Observed gaskets with slimy/mold-like build-up on glass cooler doors over entire make-line.
  • Observed residue build-up on mounting hardware for makeline glass. Metal looks corroded at table top mounts which are within 2 inches of food bins. Metal coating is wearing off, chipping, and flaking. (Metal mounts that hold glass for splash guard.) Staff called manager who stated mounting hardware is discontinued and is on order for replacement.
