Observed exterior thermometer reading 64°F and interior ambient air thermometer reading 68°F. Manager stated he is aware of the problem and has phoned the repair man. Observed potentially hazardous foods being relocated to other working coolers.
  • High Priority - All potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) foods in reach-in cooler cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed 3 packages of cut romaine lettuce at 64°F and one open container of hummus at 61°F. Also observed additional unopened case of cut romaine lettuce in cooler. Manager stated that he is aware the cooler is not functioning properly, has phoned the repair man and inspector observed potentially hazardous food products being relocated to other working coolers. Observed manager disposed of hummus.

Manager stated that the 3 compartment sink had just been set up and they are working on a large catering order and the hot water heater has not had time to recover.
