A few places that closed in recent years:

Little Trouble in the Howell Mill/Westside Provisions District. One of my favorite spots with its cyberpunk/Blade Runner style theme and played music to match.

Foxtrot Liquor Bar in Midtown which was formerly part of CosmoLava about 10+ years ago.
