Kyle Larson will compete in 2024 Indianapolis 500

Now wouldn't that be something if he wins there too!

Besides the CARS ownership, can we see getting back into some kind of team ownership in the NASCAR series?

I don't think so.. He's been there, done that, and got out. So.. Why would he get back in?

Agreed, part of his motivation for retiring is his kids and their racing. I could see him getting back into ownership to accommodate them when that time comes. I actually think NASCAR should hire Harvick .

It seems to be a natural progression for some of the bigger stars..Smoke, Gordon, Johnson, Jr...Kyle Busch's Truck team.

But I agree, Kevin may not like that kind of thing and there are many more opportunities that will await him.

I thought that had already been annouced? (I know i saw it before the "mystery driver" pic.)
Havent heard that, but makes sence.
Why? The car hes suppose to drive has 84 as the number?

You appear to be correct, guess Jayski made a mistake. Looks like it will be 84 for JJ.

No, my point is that he had a team and shut it down and got out of ownership. So, why would he go back into it?

The others you've mentioned, yes, they went into ownership at some point.. Most while they were still driving, but they never said "Ok.. That's it.. Had enough.. I'm shutting things down" and then come back and started ANOTHER team.

I think Kevin will likely go the broadcasting route, he does seem quite good at it. I presume he'll be in the booth for Fox in 2024.

That doesn't preclude him owning a team, obviously.. I just.. I don't see him as the type to grab the bottle of milk out of the fridge, take a swig, say "oooh, this milk is spoiled" and then put it back in the fridge while saying "Maybe it'll be good tomorrow"

Now.. Yes, should the need/opportunity arise for something with Keelan's career.. Maybe. I just don't see anything along the lines of KHI happening again.

NASCAR to have a winners podium for P1-P3 for the Clash. I wonder if those three will play nice if they had to battle each other for the win.
