I guess that's why the Phillies won the Title because I wanted them to FAIL. Damm
It sometimes just happens like that. That's why I just let my guys ride it out and hope for them to win but I am very respectful for the other teams after their departure.

I just can't take another parade this year so I wanted to ask you. Could see the Angels Sweeping the Phillies? How bout the Yankees? I see the Angels as the more superior team but I think the Phillies can beat the Yankees.
No,I suggest you do what all other fans do when their teams lose; suck it up and root for no one. Usually when you root against someone, that's when they win.-----KARMA!
So I'm the only baseball fan that continues to watch after his team been eliminated? Wow.
Whether the Red Sox are in there or not I love October baseball, and as a rule I tend to pull for the team that eliminated my team (except for 1999 and 2003).
Come April I'll be back to hating the Angels.
So Lancet, what did you do last October, did you just ignore the playoffs because your team wasn't there, or did you watch and not care one bit who won? Neither makes much sense to me.

Truthfully yes. After the Yanks were out the playoffs didn't mean anything to me so I just checked in once in a while to see who was winning but I DEFINITELY didn't root for another team. The fact the Red Sux didn't win was good enough for me though.I did hope the Rays would win because who knows if they will be competitive from year to year and also they had never won one.

Well, now, hold on there! I'm certainly no Yankee fan, but I can't fault Lance for not taking an interest in the playoffs because his team wasn't there. I'm not all that interested either. Yeah, I can watch the Series, because I know and appreciate the game of baseball. But put my heart into it when a couple of teams I don't care for are out there on the field? That's something completely different.

Well I don't watch with the same enthusiasm that's for sure, but I do continue to watch
Morales hits a grand Slam and then is circling the bases and as he comes to celebrate with his team, he jumps in the air very high and landed the wrong way fracturing the lower part of his leg and now is out for a while.
Not too often you see something that is SAD and GOOFY at the same time-lol
