Once again--you may as well brace yourself for this. Having thrown more than $400 million at three individuals, this is the kind of thing you can expect to hear all season long (and longer, if the Yanks don't make the playoffs).

Luckily Fred if we have pitching injuries we have quite a few guys that will be able to fill the role without much of a dropoff (Coke, Hughes, Kennedy) instead of a guy like Ponson.

At least with the Yankees you get a good return on you money and the investment usually pays off. The Mets usually are like the horse winning the race and losing by a photo finish!
