"The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg:

Overview: In "The Power of Habit," Charles Duhigg delves into the science behind habit formation and how habits influence nearly every aspect of our lives. He explores the neurological processes that underlie habits and provides real-life examples from individuals and organizations who have successfully changed their habits to achieve remarkable results.
Key Takeaways: Readers will learn about the habit loop (cue, routine, reward) and how understanding it can help in breaking or forming habits. Duhigg also discusses the power of keystone habits, which have the potential to trigger positive changes in other areas of life or work.
Why Read It: This book is valuable for anyone looking to better understand their own habits, whether personal or professional, and for those interested in personal development, psychology, or improving organizational behaviour.
"Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind" by Yuval Noah Harari:

Overview: Yuval Noah Harari's "Sapiens" takes readers on a journey through the history of Homo sapiens, from the emergence of our species in Africa to the present day. Harari explores how our ability to create shared myths, cooperate in large groups, and develop sophisticated languages has shaped our society and transformed the world.
Key Takeaways: The book offers a unique perspective on human history, challenging conventional narratives and examining the impact of agriculture, empires, religion, and science on our species. Harari also explores potential future developments in the fields of biotechnology and artificial intelligence.
Why Read It: "Sapiens" is a captivating and thought-provoking exploration of human history that encourages readers to question their understanding of the past and ponder the future of humanity. It's a must-read for anthropology, history, and the human condition.
Both of these books offer valuable insights into different aspects of human behaviour and history, making them excellent choices for readers interested in personal development, psychology, anthropology, and the broader implications of our actions as a species.

I just finished reading another exciting Darwin Porter book, The Glamorous Gabors, Bombshells from Budapest.

The most amoral, promiscuous, money hungry women you'd ever read about, including the mother, Jolie.
The only one I had a little respect for was Magda.

The book runs to 740 pages and try and read 50 pages of it, and you'll propelled to read another 50, and another 50 with one sitting. Hard to put this book down, or any of Darwin Porter books.

Of the 4, I found Zsa Zsa to be the most despicable!

In The Two-Parent Privilege, Melissa S. Kearney makes a provocative, data-driven case for marriage by showing how the institution’s decline has led to a host of economic woes—problems that have fractured American society and rendered vulnerable populations even more vulnerable. Eschewing the religious and values-based arguments that have long dominated this conversation, Kearney shows how the greatest impacts of marriage are, in fact, economic: when two adults marry, their economic and household lives improve, offering a host of benefits not only for the married adults but for their children. Studies show that these effects are today starker, and more unevenly distributed, than ever before. Kearney examines the underlying causes of the marriage decline in the US and draws lessons for how the US can reverse this trend to ensure the country’s future prosperity.

Nearly forty years after he not only publicly rejected the Left, but took the lead in warning conservatives and the rest of the country about the threat that it posed, [David] Horowitz confronts the crisis we face, the abyss beyond and the road ahead in his latest revelatory book about the political war we’re in: The Radical Mind: The Destructive Plans of the Woke Left.
