Something about data to keep in mind. If you decriminalize, don't arrest, or don't prosecute - the crime STATISTICS go down even if the crime goes up.

Are you assuming that these Brockton murders are people that moved out of Boston, based on an article of one homicide in Brocton with no actual reporting of anything to do with Boston? congrats. you guys just get better and better at being non sensical.
