I know you guys are upset, so I will forgive the lack of reading comprehension going on.
I'm agreeing with your statement about reading comments on the internet.

You don't like people throwing in political cheap shots. Agree, me too
I dont like people over reacting saying we live in a crazy dangerous world.

I'll try to be more clear next time.

colleague of mine at work says 2 people dead = 2 new job openings. 100 or so injured = profits for hospitals. state on alert = overtime pay for cops. he says "think positively." how are death and injury a positive? he works in the corporate world. no wonder. everything is a numbers/money game to these fools.

Close the borders? What for? This is most likely due to homegrown extremists who hate progress and our president.

We were warned already.

The DHS team investigating these wackos was dismantled soon after the outcry the above report generated.

The report needs to be revisted and investigations need to be resumed against patriot groups, sovereign groups, militias, tax protestors, gun nuts and whoever else poses a threat to our country.

It seems like foreign terrorism to me and I heard a Saudi national is being held. For those who do not know, this is a state holiday here in Massachusetts. It is Patriots day, the day the first shot of the American Revolution was made in Lexington MA. There were re-enactments of that event this morning.

Today also, of course, is the Boston Marathon, held on Patriots Day.

They have also bombed the JFK library, which is not in Boston but close by. Seems to be related.

It's more like an attack on our STATE. But other cities in the US and around the world have to be on alert; after all on 911 those first TWO planes left from the BOSTON airport. Then they hit NY and who knows what else they planned? I hope they have nothing else planned this time.

For some reason I doubt it was an American that did this...

Now everybody. Imagine if your kid was on a field trip to Boston and because of your ignorance and "acceptance" of multiculturalism, they were in one of these locations. WAKE UP. No immigration, no multiculturalism, it's all a SHAM. We are incompatible with middle easterners or any non-western culture for that matter.

I was just going on about this for weeks now in a threat titled "what will a white minority US look like." A member challenged my "ignorance" saying he doesn't see what "I see," and I further my point saying we have a total lack of border and immigration control and even terrorists living within our borders. I imagine he brushed it off mentally in the name of diversity and literally a few days later, a terrorist attack not too far from me. How ironic... or is it?

The problem with your comment is that sometimes it is the nuts that assign group labels to others.

Patriot groups. You mean like the VFW? People like that? Who gets to decide? Politicians? Oh what an intelligent bunch they are.

Sovereign groups. Would that be something like The German Club, the Romanian Club? Who gets to decide?

Militias. The National Guard is a militia.

Tax Protestors? Hmm, anyone that thinks they've been wronged and files against the IRS in tax court?

Gun nuts? Would that include Obama? He owns a gun. How about Senator Diane Feinstein? She does as well. Some people consider them nuts so do they qualify?

Whoever poses a threat to our nation? I am willing to bet that in some circles, you'd be considered a threat to the nation. No problem with including yourself?

The problem with your comment isn't the intent, it is the fact that you are so willing to hand over every other person's identity so that someone who isn't elected by anyone or is accountable for what they do gets to decide to what group others are assigned and then sanctions taken against them.

Why don't "we" just start with you? Pretty sure you can be classified as being aligned with some interest that could in some way be deemed worthy of interest. How about it? Your comment seems very anti-American and subversive.

The world is safer than people think, we're just more aware of events from all over the world thanks to technology.
Plus you cant expect a planet of 7 billion people to have no crime or violence.
Agreed! -- This was a high-profile event, in a security-conscious area, likely with plenty of cameras. Surveillance technology helped to break the Oklahoma City bombing, and that was eighteen years ago.
