Great Job LadyW!

I think I broke through my plateau finally! I was stuck at 156 for about 5 weeks but I weighed in on Monday and I was down a pound. We'll see if that pound stays off though. It's definitely been frustrating.

It would be nice to get back to losing. My husband keeps telling me it's because I've started to gain muscle mass...but after only 3 weeks using weights, I don't know. I actually think it's because they increased my levo and I'm betting I'll drop another 5-6lbs then hit another plateau...it's kind of been the pattern.

mini bagel with pumpkin cream cheese

1/2 cup leftover mashed sweet potatoes (original recipe had 4 large potatoes, 1 tbsp butter and about a tsp of cinnamon)

Dinner:
Not sure. I'm thinking my husband is going to cook and I'm going to go bed early and skip it.

I went to Chipotle for lunch today. GORGED on those huuge burritos. Pinto beans + black beans + guacamole = a nice high fiber poop coming. So excited!!

Oh, then I had black bean turkey chili for dinner.
Tomorrow I may just stay home .. >_>

Thanx...I'm ok with a pound a week drop..I only have that ever lingering 10 to get rid of...however, it seems like my thighs got bigger...maybe that's what's making my waist look smaller...

We are in the same boat! I have about 10lbs to get to my healthy weight range but I'd like to get down another 20-30 for vanity and health reasons. Baby steps though and my current goal is 149...when I hit that it will be 139...lol.

Ohhh Chipotle is my weakness! I love that stuff!

Husband and I usually split a rice bowl with chicken, black beans, lettuce, corn salsa, and fresh tomato salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

Can't forget their lime chips and salsa too!

I haven't been there in probably 6 months. It's out of the way, thank goodness...LOL
