Can't argue with that. If gas goes up everything goes up.

One of my neighbors told me yesterday that two of the snowbird on his street have already left for the northern parts. I guess this means that the season has already started to wind down. People trying to get home before gas gets more expensive.

I think some snowbirds leave after Easter. This year Easter comes the latest it has been in a long time. Maybe they want to go up north for Easter this year.

Absolutely. It was one of the first things I thought of at the beginning of the year. This is a very, very rare late Easter. The last time it was this late was 1859 and the next time will be 2095. I don't care how anyone slices it, it's good news for swFlorida and very much needed at this time.

Glad to hear the good news, Kev! Good karma for everyone!
