Bunch of construction equipment unloaded onto that empty plot on the corner of S Church St and Haynie, across from the Brio. Any ideas what will be happening there?
Looks like equipment for a road resurfacing project (rollers, sweepers). Maybe just using the site as a staging area?
Construction fencing recently went up on the lot next to Lidl on Wade Hampton (& behind Taco Bell). The 1.8 acres was recently purchased by "Taylors Hotel Group LLC" (phc-hotels.com). Any details on which brand hotel they're putting there?

Very weird. It looks very much like a store front to me.
Most of them do.
Just hit Fairview in Simpsonville and you can see 4 or 5 examples. Including one that the building used to be a Frozen Yogurt shop.
