As a civil engineer, I'd say that's very likely. That interchange sucks. Like many of the interchanges along I-85 in the Upstate, it too is a design that worked 40 years ago but has been obsolete for years now.
In the southbound lanes, so not a thing in the world to do with the upstate location.
Read between the lines. They could have picked anywhere to put those billboards up but they chose Anderson County. Think about why. It’s not rocket science.
