Updating, Whataburger now has 4 locations confirmed for Spartanburg County, including Boiling Springs and Duncan. And one location confirmed for Anderson. Closest current location is Buford, Ga near at Mall of Georgia exit from 85.

I imagine they will raze the existing building there, Title Max, and rebuild?

As I recall.. That was originally a Hardee's way back in the day. In fact, so long ago that it was one of the units that was closed when Hardee's was still owned by Flagstar.

Yes it's still there but it's a TitleMax now.

I saw on Fox Carolina this morning they are trying to get approval for operating their drive thru 24 hours. With stricter city planning and zoning we will see if it's approved at all.

I saw that, too.. I thought initially, well, that's just a formality. But.. I think behind that location is a neighborhood.. Yeah, not quite as close as I thought.. I thought it was RIGHT behind that building.. but.. Still.. Close enough that it could be an issue.
