Not sure if this is completely believable. What do you guys think of this video from a few days ago?

I wouldn't read too much into the video.
This guy is extremely negative. You can tell he has no experience living in the cities he talks about.

Judging 2 year migration pattern is nothing to make a video on.

The US Census Bureau just came out with new population statistics that show Houston is the second fastest growing metro in the country with a gain of 125k last year.

The guy is obviously just using sensationalism to attract viewers.

But it’s literally not lol. This guy is a joke. People are literally moving to Houston in hordes. He’s just straight up lying for views.

Ohhh yeah. A Briggs.

I watch his videos from time to time. His problem is in the presentation. He makes it seem like more people are leaving Houston than coming in. In reality he's covering a survey of those who did leave and why they did. He also dislikes Houston quite a bit based on other videos he's done. He does love Austin and DFW though. He does however give Houston positives for food and diversity.

His lists on the whole are exceptionally subjective and not based on data. I watch his videos sometimes for entertainment but I don't get any sort of factual vibes from them.

He is referring to long-time residents not new residents. He is correct. There is an increase in long-time residents moving out of the Greater Houston area.
