With the current restrictions and slow starts towns and entities that open shops on July 1st will print money.

BROCKTON is going to allow POT. What happens if POTHEADS drive to BROCKTON and legally buy POT, bringing it legally in their CAR to East Bridgewater. The horror.

Where in Massachusetts would have the highest dispensary per capita? The Berkshires maybe? The town's out west don't seem to be putting restrictions on it.
