I do get up because I have to, but I worry about so much all day!

I've let housekeeping slide too.

I've started taking vitamins to see if that will help. I used to be so organized.

I'm organized too on good days.

Really have to push myself to do housework like mopping wood floors...then all of a sudden, I might feel extra energy and get a lot done.

Clemencia, are you on antidepressants, if I may ask..?

Caffeine helps me a lot, seems to stimulate my CNS quite well.

On those drag*** days, when I have a hard time getting into gear, mentally and physically.....coffee helps so much, could not see doing without it.

I slept from 10:30 last night until 2:30 today. Weekends are rough. I may go over my 55 minute hour with my doc this week.

I certainly cannot be in anyone's shoes but my own...but wonder "what you worry about all day". Worry accomplishes nothing. I've done my share over a long life, and I still have concerns, but let so much go that I cannot change. The only thing I can change is ME.

As for being organized and being retired I have 24/7 to make progress with anything, perfection is not a word in my vocabulary.

Just had a cup of green tea with sugar/stevia sweetener and that gives me an afternoon lift. I have over the years found IF potassium levels are low one can be low too.

Yep, my psychiatrist hinted at abuse, I didn't really see it but my sisters both said my mum was abusive to me.
I didn't notice because I dished it right back.
