I am a mom of young kids & interested in travelling to Merida/Progreso, Yucatan for summer holidays. Thinking about staying in an AirBnB. The only request I have is that we have a cook (I'm lazy & don't want to cook) & I am budgeting for that. I don't know if I want to stay in any resorts since I know it's not the Riviera Maya area which we are familiar with...
am I being too "needy" with wanting a cook? Tell me straightforward what I should expect. We have traveled to Western Europe (hubby is from there), Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico, DR, Colombia, & parts of MX just not Merida...
