I've seen it 3 times.
I've also seen Santana live for free 12 times from my old sloop.

That's a clever and memorable business name, I like it.

Tho I was wondering if you meant to leave the apostrophe out of "Don't" ??

A friend here had a business doing intimate portrait photography (the kind of photos a married couple might give each other as presents), and he says the big skills there are to get people relaxed, and to get the lighting soft and delicate to make people's faces look their best. He did beautiful work, but eventually there wasn't enough demand to support a storefront anymore.

Have you looked into the stock photo sites? I don't know how good any of them are for making money, and there's lots of competition, but I think you've got a good enough eye that if you can get noticed there, it might be worthwhile.

That old road segment is along highway 200 near the Flatiron fishing access.
This pic I took while standing on the old road.
I had to crop my feet out of the photo.

I had to toss this one in. I spent a bit of time on the frame and I did change the text
on the lower left part of the billboard as the advertising firm had their real phone number etc on it.
The billboard itself is as seen from the highway going down the Evaro hill south towards the Zoo.

This truck stop has good grub.

Another funny sign.

Did you know they closed Muralt's Cafe? Not sure if they've taken down the billboards. Although I did find the one pictured above to be mildly disturbing in a don't-take-the-brown-acid sort of way.

Great movie! We have it on DVD. I also thought it was filmed in MT until I checked it out online. Most Westerns with a NW theme are filmed in Canada these days (Open Range, Monte Walsh, etc.)--they have a movie studio set-up near Calgary with a mountain backdrop which doubles very nicely for MT and ID locations.

One of these summers we'll probably do a road trip up there--we love to hunt down movie locations! But it is too bad that Hollywood's first choice these days is Canada, not the American NW...

Has to do with unions and how much it costs to film in the U.S. When they really need to save money, they film in Spain and eastern Europe, which does a fair job of doubling for just about anywhere.

The restaurant portion is temporarily closed for remodeling.
It will be re-opened as a better eatery with more items they told me.

I think the best movies made these days aren't even made by the Hollywood crowd anymore.
The Hollywooders may be spoiled by brown acid or too much of these things pictured below.

That reminded me of how I "saw" the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band when they hit Bozeman back in 1972 or so... some of us starving MSU students were so cheap, or so broke, that instead of paying the whole dollar it cost to get into the concert, we stood around outside with our ears pressed to the wall of the fieldhouse. Not a quality seat.

The fieldhouse itself is historically interesting:
Worthington Arena - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

That led me to this article about an infamous boxing match held in Shelby!
Jack Dempsey vs. Tommy Gibbons - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
An excellent if unfortunate example of how speculative tourism Does Not Work as an economic booster.

Here's some info about the Shelby arena itself:
