A competitor of ours that’s a chain is in homesdale ….they offered half of my ny salary while expenses were down only about 30%.
Everything we could want was already here in queens where we lived.
So we sold it and don’t regret it for a second

Still love it. Peaceful, quiet and great place to getaway from the hectic DC/Balt area. Winters stink, but summers are great.
