Yep, her lasts posts were about her looking to move to Colorado, so I'd say the Oregon Coast didn't make it in her final plans.

I just emailed city-data asking them to make an "Oregon Coast" category. Right not, it's only Portland, Eugene, Salem and Bend. Corvallis isn't even on the list. If you agree that the Oregon categories should be expanded, please message city-data. Thanks.

That is a brilliant suggestion! I'll have to figure out how to send them a message.

If I were the boss at C-D, I'd structure the Oregon subforums like this:

Portland + suburbs
Willamette Valley (Salem, Corvallis, Albany, Eugene)
Coastal Oregon
Southern Oregon (Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland, Klamath Falls)
Eastern Oregon (Bend and everything else east of the Cascades)

Because I think I'm spiritually Oregonian.

I'd also rearrange the CA subforums a bit.

Right. This place gets maybe five posts on a good day, usually by the same five people. They won't make more subforums at this level of dead. We don't need to encourage more California transplants anyway.
