Anyone have any preference? I'm looking at a two homes at guard-gated community in Coral Gables Estates with a home with an incredible view of the city; however, we also found a smaller decent home in Paradise Valley that has more land. Areas are different obviously but I'm just looking for opinions before I make the move. Is the mountain view home worth the exchange of area of PV? Thank you.

If you can afford PV I'd be in PV, but maybe that's just me. It's the nicest part of the Phoenix metro IMO, bar none.

Agreed. But I also think it depends on what you are looking for. Moon Valley has more families and kids, while PV will be more retirees and 2nd homes.
