Best I could do with my smartphone, which is btw a Samsung S10+, is below. Nice, for what it is. Hell yes. Objectively "good" photos, though: uhm, not so much. Low light is a perfect example of where they fall down in the details.
...And it's my favorite time of day to shoot, dawn in this case.

moving objects require much faster speeds than stationary ones .
when you have good cameras with superb high iso performance low light is not a problem .
i have shot dim light sports with my nikon z6 and a lower light lens like the nikon 70-200mm f2.8
it is rather easy to shoot it in manual .
i pick a fairly decent speed like 1/250 , a lens opening with decent depth of field , then i let auto iso ramp up and down in to the thousands with excellent results .
the fuji x100s is very good in dim light but iso performance is old school for shooting moving subjects in low light ....
