I got cheated out of six Friday night Phillies games last season because they were on Apple+ TV. I'm a fan of capitalism, but the leagues and owners don't give a FF about the fans.
Oh, and now that we have MNF playoffs, my Eagles are on Monday night ... which effectively killed my football fun this weekend.
I have had Peacock for a long time. Watching football on it is an adventure. Sometimes it buffers really bad. Never had that with games on Paramount+ or Amazon.
There’s very understandably much speculation that NBC put the Dolphins at Chiefs playoff game exclusively on Peacock to attempt to capitalize on the seemingly large number of Taylor Swift fans that have been watching Kansas City Chiefs games since Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been dating Taylor Swift.

Peacock is terrible for live streaming. I had games get as far as 5 minutes behind and resort to streams of NBC feed.
Unless my wife has Peacock already - I'm not making a special purchase for this. The only reason I see the Amazon Prime games is because my wife has Prime. I wouldn't make a special purchase for that.
I guess growing up in a day where you only had a few channels of TV - and they didn't broadcast the entire day... it's not a big deal if I miss a TV broadcast.
You train people how to treat you. If you want to pay for football in the future, go ahead and suck up to their demands this weekend.
