Turkey and swiss with Miracle Whip on Wonder bread has been a staple of post Thanksgiving for years.
I will also use the turkey in dishes like turkey Tetrazzini or turkey chili. This year I might make a pot of turkey soup.
We usually have left over mashed potatoes, stuffing and mac & cheese that I use as sides for other meals - steak and mashed potatoes, chicken and stuffing, ham and mac & cheese.
In my family of origin, we always just reheated plates of Thanksgiving leftovers in the same format as the original meal rather than repurposing things into different dishes.
For me, can't leave out the cranberry relish or sauce.

Me too. Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and a little mayo on white bread.
What? .77 was the lowest in Colorado. One turkey this year, but, I'm happy.
I was surprised at the price too....and they are plenty. Of course, everything else went up.
