I don't remember ever a day in May in Savannah as beautiful as this one. WOW!

Wish we could bottle it up and save it for later (or sell it and make a fortune).

My husband FREAKED when he took the dogs to the beach this AM. He came back and got his windbreaker...and he's a Seattle boy.

Yeah Seattle is pretty nice... I have no problem dealing with the gray winters when I know the summer days are in the 60's and 70's.

I don't know what I would do if I ever came back to Savannah in the summer... I've been here 3 years and have gotten acclimated to the point where I find 80 degrees to be uncomfortable. Good thing we only see 80 for few days a year, if at all... either way the humidity here never gets so unbearably awful like it does in Savannah.

Funny thing about the Savannah humidity...I love it. My cigars in Sav. stay fresh, and very smokeable.
No need for fancy humidors, machines or gadgets of any kind.
In addition, I have re-curing dry eye in my left eye as a result of surgery. When, I'm in Savannah there is no need for lubricating drops. Comfortable all day long when outside.
And, the humid air keeps what hair I have left nice and curley.

You see, there's a bright side to most things in life if you look for it. That's my Sunday sermon folks. Now I'll pass the collection plate. TIA.

Here in SW Tn., it would seem that Mother Nature is bi-polar? Yesterday was dark, cold, rainy. Day before, we were in shorts. Today, sunny & mild. Has been erratic like this for a while. Most days, it is whatever season it isn't!

I like your approach to life, Mr. Pink.

Me too... makes Savannah sound so appealing!!!! But I quit smoking when I moved here! $8 a pack is a lot worse than $3.50 a pack!

Here it's not bi-polar... but there is a lot of variety. I went for a drive yesterday and it was a partly cloudy day about 60 degrees. Then I got on a gondola...

I like your post pink caddy. I like the humidity at night, as long as there is even the slightest breeze, and around here there usually is. Those nights in the Carolina upstate where it was sweltering and dead still with no wind, now that was a sticky situation shall we say. Weather here is glorious!!
