Thanx for the welcome Ozarksboy. I won't have to rehash what you summoned up. I hate to be an originator of thought . I kept the home in California for winter if it's worse than what you've pointed out. lolrf. We are running out of water here if you've kept up with the news in California. So I'm looking forward to snow and ice and rain. I also hope I have empathy for others and not self-centered like Curm. Keep those foreigners thinking especially those in California about coming to Missouri. At least you might run off the liberals with your abrasive mannerism. I still like you. See you soon or at least I'll keep in touch here. The OP.

Dang! Didn't realize we'd ever met and gotten to know one an other. I musta had one hell of a series of senior moments. I can tell you'll make a fine neighbor. So disappointed you won't be mine.

Thanx Cali. That's exactly what I meant. I hope I don't offend anyone. Not my way to do that. The lady is still haggling over some fixes. Loan is locked in at 3.75 %. Hurry I need to get ood for the winter.
