Can I suggest ground flax seeds over flaxseed oil? I'm not sure, you probably already know that only about 40% of the flax seed is oil and when you just take oil you miss out on a lot of nutrients including lignans that are great for your health. Besides flax seed oil goes rancid very quickly and some experts even argue that it rancifies inside your body which is not a good thing... Flax seeds that had not been grinded stay good inrefrigerated for a really long time.
I usually buy golden flax seeds and grind them in the little coffee grinder. They are so delicious too.

I will have to look into that. Besides i'm sure it is probably cheaper to use the ground seeds.

Never had taken their vitamins but, someone gave me a bar of Melaluca platinum soap and I loved it. Lathers up nicely, though expensive ($6?)for a bar.

You mean the "gold bar" or is it golden? It's yellow color. Yes, their beauty/hygiene products are great.

Actually i meant Platinum I still have the packet. I was going to try and buy it online, but, I decided it wasn't worth it as some soaps at the conveinance store lather up good enough and it is...well....convieniant.

I use their vitamins. Along with the platinum soap, the shampoo and conditioners, dish sop laundry deterg, toothpaste...you name it. I like their stuff. If you become a member and buy 35 dollars worth of stuff you get a discount, plus you can earn credit which eventually pays for a months supply. But the vitamins work well. I have not been sick in a couple years now.
I have added more since the last time
1000 mg Flax Oil Softgels by Barkean's twice a day
Ginko eyes, I have been taking them for 2 months and my eyesight have improved
